Product Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Analyst to join our European TMS products team. As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for writing feature requirements, creating user stories, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive product development.

• Assess business value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy.
• Define clear acceptance criteria per feature, including test scenarios.
• Lead program and project execution, ensuring efficient and effective solution delivery.
• Implement effective Agile processes, including Scrum and Agile Hybrid, and foster cross-functional communication.
• Promote continuous improvement, including process improvement.

• Convert internal and external customer requests into feature descriptions and user stories.
• Detail functionalities as part of product modernization and core application functionality.
• Analyze current customer integrations and settings, proposing functionality to standardize and streamline customer implementation and onboarding.
• Provide weekly reports to Product Management, translating Scrum activities for broader audiences.
• Manage the backlog for sprint and release planning post-development start through QA.
• Assist in creating and updating relevant product documentation, such as product specifications, user manuals, and release notes.
• Raise risks and impediments to the Product Manager, Product Owner, and Software Architect.

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field; master's preferred.
• Two years of experience as a product owner, business analyst, or in a related field.
• Certification in Pragmatic Marketing or Product Ownership is preferred but not required.
• Solid understanding of the product lifecycle.
• In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, technical knowledge of products, and up-to-date industry standards and best practices.
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel); working knowledge of software development.
• Comfortable working with multiple teams, in-house and remote.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Very good knowledge of the English language.
• Accurate and precise attention to detail.
• Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with business analysts, UI/UX team, leadership, senior management, and internal and external stakeholders.
• A significant depth of knowledge of multi-modal transportation processes of global shippers is preferred but not required.

This position will be based out of our office in Woerden, however the person can be located in other locations in Europe.
