Salary

Job Description

We are seeking a Front Office Intern who is passionate about delivering individualized service that creates a brilliant first impression and exceeds expectations throughout their stay. As a Front Office Intern, you will be located in the heart of the hotel and will have the opportunity to gain a wealth of experience and knowledge in the hospitality industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a good command of English, and a friendly, calm, and constructive personality. You will also need to be able to listen and adapt to the needs of both guests and team members, and strive to provide a warm welcome and smooth check-in and check-out procedure for all our guests.
