As an Assembly Worker, you will work with tools and have a solid understanding of mechanical tasks. Familiarity with various hand tools and the ability to interpret technical drawings are essential. Additionally:

  • You are committed to full-time work during the day shift
  • You are eager to learn Dutch or are currently studying the language
  • You are proficient in English
  • A completed technical education is preferred
  • Experience in a related field is advantageous

In your role at RandStad, you will be involved in the assembly of forklifts. You will be part of the assembly department and will rotate through different stations. The processes and techniques utilized are innovative and state-of-the-art. With a comprehensive onboarding process and internal training, you will quickly become a versatile mechanic, ensuring your work remains engaging and dynamic. Beyond assembling components, you will also monitor the production line and make necessary adjustments. Maintaining tool cleanliness and tracking daily tasks are part of your responsibilities. Clear work instructions will guide you, and your colleagues will be available for support as needed. You will operate in a fully ergonomic environment, promoting safety in your work.

Work Environment

You will be part of a large international forklift manufacturer, RandStad. Hundreds of trucks are produced annually by a dedicated team of around 500 employees. Despite the company's size, the work atmosphere is friendly and informal.
