Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our team at Neways, a global leader in electronics innovation. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Semicon, Smart Mobility, and Connectivity.

Your Responsibilities
  • Design and implement project plans that lead to success, with clear timelines, tight budgets, and thoughtful risk management.
  • Collaborate with teams across our diverse operating companies to work on groundbreaking projects that truly make a difference.
  • Ensure that deadlines are met, budgets are in check, and quality remains our top priority.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with all stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress.
Requirements
  • At least several years of experience in technical project or program management in the manufacturing industry, preferably related to semicon, smart mobility or connectivity.
  • A bachelor's degree (HBO), preferably in a technical or business administration field.
  • Demonstrable affinity with technology and experience in the EMS industry is a strong plus.
  • Strong 'can do' mindset and customer focus.
  • Proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Experience with supporting technical decisions with our customers within a nature team, including collaborating closely with technology managers and business developers.
  • A demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically on the direction of electronic-based solutions and make recommendations with fact-based discussions and presentations.
  • Strongly analytical and results-oriented and skilled at stakeholder management.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25% working time).
