We are seeking a highly skilled District Manager to join our team at the Estée Lauder Companies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing retail sales targets by brand, and by store, while managing our beauty experts.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail/sales and people management experience in an omnichannel consumer-driven environment, preferably in the cosmetics & beauty industry. Strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute retail sales targets by brand, and by store.
- Manage our beauty experts to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and nurture strong business partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor key success metrics, including sales, conversion, productivity, and net promoter score.
- Actively exploit business opportunities to deliver stretch plans and persevere during challenging times.
Requirements:
- Entrepreneurial mindset with operational experience.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Proven retail/sales and people management experience in an omnichannel consumer-driven environment.
- Good usage of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Result and sales-oriented, with a passion for the product and a hands-on approach.
