Rituals, a globally recognized brand in the luxury home and body cosmetics industry, is seeking a skilled Project and Product Manager to join its Business Technology team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and product ownership, with a focus on the procurement lifecycle. They will be responsible for overseeing and managing the IT landscape for procurement-related initiatives, ensuring successful execution and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans in collaboration with procurement and finance business partners, including identifying objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and alignment with business requirements.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, mitigating risks and troubleshooting issues that may arise.
  • Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders regularly, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in project/product management within finance/procurement, or a related field within the beauty, wellness, or retail industry, with a strong technological orientation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complexity in projects and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to utilize data-driven insights to drive optimizations, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enhance procurement processes.
  • Experience with Coupa is considered advantageous for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business requirements and technological solutions.
  • Agile mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
