At LyondellBasell, we're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Corporate Communications team as an Employee Communications Intern. This role offers a comprehensive overview of Corporate Communications with a focus on Employee Communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Corporate Communications team with various projects related to employee communications, media relations, metrics, and analytics.
  • Participate in brainstorm sessions, client meetings, and department meetings.
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging content, including articles, blogs, and social media posts.
  • Communicate effectively in a clear, concise, and organized manner.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work well in a team environment.

Requirements:

  • Current enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate degree program with an interest and aptitude to work in Corporate Communications.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Available for a start in Q1 2025 for 3-6 months.
