Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Logistics Employee to join our team at our logistics center in Heerlen. As a Logistics Employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and reliable delivery of medication and other products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics operations and high-quality customer service.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Previous experience in logistics or a related field, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in German, English, or Dutch, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in relevant software applications.
