Catawiki, a leading marketplace for special objects, seeks a highly motivated Operations and Business Development Intern to join its Classic Interiors team. Located in Amsterdam, this hybrid role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse team of experts, contributing to the growth and success of the company.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, an ability to drive impactful outcomes, and excellent collaboration skills. As a key member of the operations team, you will work closely with the sales department to enhance cross-functional collaboration, optimize auction processes, and streamline inventory management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving impactful outcomes by understanding company strategy and collaborating with internal teams to deliver results.
  • Defining lead generation criteria and tools to support business development strategy.
  • Optimizing CRM systems, such as HubSpot, to streamline reporting and tracking processes.
  • Streamlining auction operations by optimizing inventory management processes and workflows.
  • Enhancing cross-functional collaboration between customer support and category experts.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach, be outcome-driven, and possess a strong analytical mindset. Fluency in English is required, and residency in the Netherlands, preferably in the Amsterdam region, is preferred.
