Thai Cook

We are seeking a skilled Thai Cook to join our team at Hotel Not Hotel Rotterdam. As a Thai Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Thai dishes for our guests.

This is a full-time position that requires a strong passion for Thai cuisine and a willingness to learn and grow with our team. You will work closely with our restaurant manager to ensure that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Prepare and cook a variety of Thai dishes, including curries, stir-fries, and noodle dishes.
• Work closely with our restaurant manager to ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing dishes.
• Ensure that all food is prepared to a high standard and presented in an attractive and appealing way.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

• Experience in a commercial kitchen environment, preferably in a Thai restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of Thai cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
