Job Mission:

New Balance is a dynamic sportswear brand seeking a talented individual to join our retail team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience from entry to exit.
  • Maintain a commercial store environment, adhering to company guidelines and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve personal KPIs and contribute to store performance.
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met in the store.
  • Perform other duties as required by management.

Requirements for Success:

  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrate customer service skills and a passion for retail and sales.
  • Ability to perform basic math and general retail operational processes.
  • Understanding of POS register systems.
  • Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
