Innovation Leader for Culinary Excellence

The Kraft Heinz Company seeks an ambitious and innovative leader to drive culinary excellence in our International R&D organization. As an R&D Innovation Chef Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products, working closely with passionate culinary chefs and consumer scientists.

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional individual with a culinary degree and 4+ years of experience in a restaurant or corporate R&D environment. Your expertise should include innovation kitchen and testing methodologies, digital agility, and Agile working principles. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for effective data presentation and business influence.

As a key member of our 'International Consumer & Culinary Experience' team, you will lead the development of best-in-class culinary experiences, anticipate business needs, and be first on the market. You will also manage culinary resources, ensure the team's growth and success, and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a culinary strategy to deliver superior culinary experiences
  • Lead and roll out international culinary activation programs
  • Elevate culinary activities to the next level, including gold standards development
  • Use culinary insights and trend data for innovation projects
  • Proactively bring in new culinary-driven business opportunities
Requirements
  • Culinary degree (e.g., hospitality school certificate, bachelor's diploma, or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of work experience in a restaurant or corporate R&D environment
  • Strong knowledge and experience of innovation kitchens and testing methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Agile working principles is a plus
