Visual Designer

Picnic is a human-centered brand in a digital world, providing a better way to help every family enjoy good food every day. We're looking for a skilled Visual Designer to join our team at our Amsterdam HQ and help shape the visual direction of our campaigns and in-app promotions.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where creativity and innovation are highly valued. As a Visual Designer, you'll be responsible for creating engaging store campaigns and promo elements in our app that directly speak to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Create and update promotion campaigns in our app
- Develop campaign visuals and help shape Picnic's visual identity
- Collaborate with the UX/UI team to create the best experience for our customers
- Research retail trends and conduct competitor reviews to keep the team up to date
- 2-4 years of working experience in visual design, preferably in a commercial and/or app environment
- Solid online portfolio showing a keen eye for detail paired with lots of creative flair
- Competent with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
- Self-starter with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude
