About Your Role
The Business Operations Assistant serves as a true brand ambassador, consistently embodying the core values of Charlotte Tilbury. You are driven to achieve and exceed targets, ensuring impressive team outcomes through optimal motivation. Your leadership style prioritizes customer experience, constantly devising new methods to engage and satisfy clients. You will collaborate closely with your Business Manager to ensure seamless daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that the store's financial performance not only meets but exceeds targets and Key Performance Indicators.
- Support the Business Manager in setting individual and team sales targets and in communicating with Retail Artists to align and achieve sales objectives.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit; be a specialist in retail excellence with genuine enthusiasm, commitment, and interest in the company's results.
- Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and creating the best possible customer experience.
- Coach the team and provide feedback to ensure adherence to Charlotte Tilbury's standards of service and craftsmanship.
- Utilize every opportunity to ensure that exceptional customer service extends beyond the store and build the customer database for direct marketing.
- Implement individual and team development plans, conducting regular reviews to encourage two-way feedback and coaching.
- Create a positive and collaborative team atmosphere in the store through team meetings and a cooperative management style; recognize and reward performance where necessary.
- Exhibit a clear understanding of business operations by proposing plans, events, and other activities to achieve commercial success.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising, clean counters, and hygiene standards.
- Ensure perfect grooming standards and inspire the team to be their best selves.

- Experience in retail management.
