About The Role

The food delivery market is rapidly evolving, driven by innovation and intense competition. To stay ahead, we need to develop and deliver impactful projects that drive growth, reduce costs, and enhance our service. As a Project Manager in our Delivery Operations Netherlands department, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities, developing business cases, and implementing plans that align with our organization's strategy.

You will work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of autonomy and the freedom to be creative and forward-thinking. Your ability to step out of your comfort zone and engage with stakeholders across the organization will be essential in driving project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and business cases in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Lead project implementation, maintaining stakeholder engagement and reporting on project impact.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and interdependencies, proposing solutions through consultation with team members and management.
  • Develop and maintain project management tools, processes, and methodologies.
  • Contribute to the development of project management skills within our organization through training and coaching.
What We're Looking For
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Project Manager or equivalent knowledge in project management.
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as project management, management, or business administration.
  • Project management certification, such as PRINCE2 or PMP, is a plus.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written) and Dutch is a plus.
  • Experience working independently and in a team, motivated by an international, fast-paced environment.
  • Stakeholder management skills for building relationships with stakeholders across various departments and levels of the organization.
