The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Specialist to join our team in the Main Machinery System Platform. As a Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of new technologies and systems, and for ensuring that our vessels meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement new technologies and systems to improve the performance and efficiency of our vessels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our vessels meet the highest standards of quality and performance
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and to develop new technologies and systems
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and specifications for our vessels
- Provide technical support and guidance to our teams and customers
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as shipbuilding, offshore engineering, or technology development
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of shipbuilding and offshore engineering principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
