We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the Conference Centre at Unknown Campus, a dynamic hub of innovation and entrepreneurship. As the Conference Centre Leader, you will be responsible for driving the financial and operational success of the venue, while fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial operations of the conference center, ensuring profitability through effective budget management and revenue optimization.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the events team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment to achieve operational excellence.
  • Conference Centre Development: Spearhead the development of the conference center, enhancing its look, feel, and technological capabilities to ensure it meets the evolving needs of our community.
  • Sales and Partnerships: Drive sales and develop strategic partnerships within the region, collaborating with event managers to expand our reach and enhance our offerings.
  • Operational Excellence and Quality Control: Supervise and ensure the high-quality execution of events, maintaining operational standards that reflect the prestige of Unknown Campus.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of managing teams and operations smoothly.
  • Strong local connections in The Hague or South Holland event scene.
  • Experience in hospitality, especially with events and banqueting.
  • Flexibility with hours and ability to tackle challenges head-on.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
