We are seeking a highly skilled Authorization Engineer to join our Application Support team at Triodos Bank. As an Authorization Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the secure and efficient management of access rights within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement authorization strategies to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage access rights and privileges for users, applications, and systems, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive information and resources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address authorization-related issues, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Design and implement automation initiatives to streamline authorization processes, improving efficiency and reducing risk.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues on authorization-related matters, ensuring a high level of service and quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in authorization management, access control, or a related field, with a strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex authorization-related issues.
  • Proficiency in SailPoint and other relevant authorization management tools and technologies.
