Join Our Team as a Management Assistant Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Management Assistant Intern at Park Plaza. As a Management Assistant Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in hotel operations and management, working closely with our General Manager and other department heads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in the execution of managerial duties, including administration, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Assist in the coordination of hotel operations, including guest services, food and beverage, and housekeeping.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to drive commercial performance and grow sales.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every guest feels valued.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Passion for hospitality and a desire to learn and grow.
