About the Role

You will be part of a team of 15 professionals in the Finance & Procurement Department, responsible for financial control, accounting, procurement, audit, treasury, and tax activities. The team collaborates to achieve the company's roadmap and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve IFRS compliance in financial reporting and deal decision-making.
  • Manage the consolidation of financial statements, annual reports, and standalone annual accounts.
  • Oversee the company's tax governance and integrity, ensuring tax compliance with tax consultants.
  • Drive the External Audit tender process with Procurement.
  • Participate in the CSRD and EU taxonomy project group.
  • Support the monthly and quarterly reporting cycle of the control team.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in financial control and auditing, preferably with an audit firm.
  • Strong capabilities in applying business initiatives and Investment Committee decisions into accounting requirements.
  • Ability to adapt to new environments and tailor financial processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
