Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to spearhead our people strategy, driving diversity and inclusion across our global operations. As Global Human Resources Manager, you will play a key part in leading the HR initiatives that shape the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with our mission and drives business success
  • Functionally lead the international HR team to achieve group objectives and implement best practices throughout the organization
  • Develop and manage talent development programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent in a competitive industry
  • Promote social wellbeing and ethical sourcing initiatives, ensuring fair labor practices and responsible workforce management
  • Organize and lead diversity and inclusion efforts, including employee surveys and wellbeing committees
  • Align global standards within the Global Policy Manuals
  • Lead the hiring process for senior management positions in consultation with the Board members
