Job Description

The Commercial Director will lead the growth of our Away From Home business in the Benelux region. This involves managing a network of distributors and building strong relationships with them. The ideal candidate is a data-driven professional with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the distributor network to drive sales growth
  • BUILD strong relationships with distributors to ensure they follow our commercial strategy and guidelines
  • Analyse market data to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in sales and/or business development in foodservice/OOH
  • Expertise in distributor model management
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Fluency in Dutch, English; French is a plus
