About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Risk & Security Reporting Specialist to join our team at ING. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our IT Risk Paradigm Shift roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand IT risk and security requirements to set functional specifications for reporting.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
  • Connect data sources to our data analytics platform (on-prem and cloud).
  • Develop reports using advanced query language like SQL.
  • Create ETL flows with SQL and Python.
  • Design, build and manage data models.
  • Support the development of a strategic data platform in Azure (. Fabrics).
  • Communicate with stakeholders to analyze and understand their needs and design solutions accordingly.
Requirements
  • BSc degree or MSc Degree in Mathematics, Informatics, Econometrics, Computer/Data Science, Information Management or Statistics.
  • Experience in data engineering or other technical disciplines related to this position.
  • Build automated reports and dashboards with PowerBI, Power Query, DAX.
  • Knowledge of advanced query building in SQL.
  • Ability to quickly shape data into reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Awareness of IT Risk & Security aspects.
  • Good written and spoken knowledge of English.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline and relevant tools such as Git, Microsoft Azure.
  • Understanding of data warehousing, data modelling techniques.
  • Knowledge of any other programming language will be highly appreciated.
  • Experience in a progressive and agile way of working.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and present ideas and solutions.
