About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a Rotating Equipment Specialist. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and optimal performance of our rotating equipment.

As a Rotating Equipment Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and troubleshooting rotating equipment, including pumps, motors, and gearboxes.
  • Performing routine inspections and predictive maintenance tasks to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and improve overall efficiency.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with production operations.
  • Providing expert guidance and support to less experienced technicians and engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or engineering, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, including design, installation, and operation principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
