Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and enhance our QA processes and contribute to business growth in the meat industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure proper implementation and improvement of Quality Management System in compliance with international Food Safety Standard and Metro specific requirements.
  • People Management: Lead a young and highly engaged team, organize and maintain performance and talent, and provide guidance and coaching to the team.

Requirements:

  • Leadership: Capable of situational leadership including directing, coaching, supporting, and delegating.
  • Cultural Fit: Strong understanding of QA processes and procedures, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer Orientation: Strong commitment to customer needs and market trends.
  • Discipline: Focus on maintaining standard processes, with excellent communication skills.
  • Independence: Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team Player: Ability to work in a rapidly expanding business environment, target-oriented, demanding, and assertive.
  • Language: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the field of Quality Assurance, specifically within the meat business.
  • People Management: Proven experience in managing teams.
