As a key member of our Electrical and Automation group, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering documents and contributing to the development of our electrical and automation systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement technical solutions for complex electrical and automation systems;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical and automation systems;
- Verify technical performance of vendors and subcontractors;
- Perform cost analysis and ensure compliance with Class and customer requirements;
- Manage electrical and data interfaces between systems;
- Attend Factory Acceptance Tests for main subcontracted systems;
- Ensure quality of E&A designs and provide technical support to projects under contract;
- Develop and describe standards and working methods for the E&A Engineering department;
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering or a relevant technical field;
- 2-5 years of experience in the design and installation of complex electrical and automation systems;
- Experience in the functional development of Electrification and/or Control & Monitoring systems;
- Excellent communication skills in English, with Dutch a plus;
- Willingness to travel for short trips;
