Financial Compliance and Reporting Specialist

As a key member of the Corporate Financial Compliance & Reporting department, you will play a central role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial reporting for the ARLANXEO Group. Your expertise in accounting principles and financial reporting will be instrumental in advising Group management, regional finance teams, and other Group functions on complex accounting topics and compliance aspects of financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in projects to improve accounting and reporting processes and tools, driving optimization and digitization initiatives.
  • Advise on complex accounting issues, maintaining the Group Accounting Guidelines based on IFRS.
  • Coordinate the external audit, including preparation of the Group Annual Report and Quarterly Statements.
  • Prepare and present quarterly management reports and analysis of financial data for internal and external purposes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, with a post-master degree (e.g., RA/RC/CPA) preferred.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of professional experience in Corporate Accounting or Audit, preferably in an international environment, manufacturing business, or a Big 4 firm.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Deep knowledge of reporting and accounting principles (IFRS).
  • Experience in a multicultural and multi-disciplinary global business environment.
