Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our EMEA FP&A team at Fluke. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing insightful analysis and supporting stakeholders in decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily insights on bookings, shipments, rebates, margins, and outlook for the month, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  • Support the team in forecasting bookings, shipments, and margins, explaining variances and their impact on future performance.
  • Contribute to extensive projects, such as the Plan for the upcoming year, rebate payouts, and thorough margin analysis.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards for current standard tasks and create new standard work processes.

Requirements

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory, with experience in Power BI, Hyperion, Oracle, and/or Python preferred.
  • A high potential with a degree in Finance or business-related study and/or some years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in an international (corporate) environment.
  • Proficiency in English.

Working Arrangements

We prefer full-time employment, but are open to negotiating 4 days per week with some flexibility. There is also a possibility to work hybrid (2 days from home) while working some days from the office. We are looking for someone living in (the surroundings of) Eindhoven.
