Marine Systems Specialist

Your involvement starts in the early stages of the projects. The Marine Systems Specialist is able to design from scratch, communicate effectively with clients, and guide the designers and engineers involved in the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • To determine the specifications for marine systems;
  • To design and engineer the marine systems;
  • To make various calculations and layouts for engine rooms;
  • To lead projects and be the point of contact with clients, guide designers and engineers;
  • To work according to the set specifications;
  • To investigate and develop opportunities for alternative systems
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar;
  • Over 8 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Knowledge of various system components, vessel layouts, and piping material, and knowledge of requirements from classification societies and authorities;
  • Experience with Nupas Cadmatic and/or AutoCAD;

We are looking for a highly skilled Marine Systems Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine engineering and experience in designing and engineering marine systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for determining specifications for marine systems, designing and engineering marine systems, making various calculations and layouts for engine rooms, leading projects, and being the point of contact with clients.

The Marine Systems Specialist will work closely with designers and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
