About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Stock Associate to join our team at Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet. As a Stock Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store's inventory management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving and processing shipments, conducting cycle counts, and performing bi-annual inventories.
  • Stockroom Operations: Ensure the stockroom is organized and maintained, including receiving and processing merchandise, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure a positive store environment.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify and report any potential loss prevention issues, and work with the store management team to implement solutions.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Required
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Required
  • Basic Math Skills: Required
  • Ability to Lift up to 25 Pounds: Required
