Job Title: Group Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Financial Controller to join our team at EDCO. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and guidance to our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate financial data from 54 countries and coordinate with foreign entities
  • Coordinate the monthly closing process and prepare annual accounts and audit
  • Optimize financial processes to accelerate the monthly closing process
  • Co-responsible for tax returns and advising on tax issues
  • Draw up and analyze management and ad hoc reports
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations and implement changes correctly
  • Participate in projects such as implementing a new ERP package and consolidation tool
  • Act as a sparring partner and advisor on complex financial issues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a financial field (Business Economics, Accountancy, etc.)
  • 3+ years of relevant experience as a financial controller, (assistant) auditor, or a similar position
  • Experience with complex consolidation tasks
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, commercially-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • EU citizenship
