Envalior is a leading global engineering materials company, established in 2023, with a combined heritage of over 100 years. We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Manager to lead our global transportation team and drive continuous improvement in logistics services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all outbound shipments, developing the team's logistics knowledge and soft skills, and implementing lean and six sigma methodologies to optimize logistics operations. Additionally, they will manage the performance of third-party logistics providers, introduce state-of-the-art logistics systems, and maintain expertise on logistics regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all outbound shipments to domestic and overseas customers, ensuring high service levels and meeting KPIs.
  • Develop and empower the team to provide first-class logistics services, focusing on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Apply lean and six sigma methodologies to optimize logistics operations, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
  • Manage the performance of third-party logistics providers, collaborating with the sourcing team on freight tenders and vendor evaluations.
  • Introduce state-of-the-art logistics systems, digitalization, and automation applications to enhance competitiveness in the market.
  • Maintain expertise on logistics regulations, ensuring compliance with Envalior requirements and local regulations.
  • Develop a logistics and transportation strategy that supports future business growth and aligns with market trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain management, logistics, or purchasing.
  • Experience in a managerial role in logistics/supply chain in multinational companies.
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in logistics, with a focus on transportation management.
  • SAP application experience.
  • Self-motivated, with high resilience under pressure, learning agility, and a willingness to take extra responsibilities.
  • A team player and builder, with excellent people management and conflict resolution skills.
