Key Responsibilities

As a Sourcing Manager at Yacht, you will be responsible for managing and balancing the needs of our global technology sourcing team. This includes achieving annual target cost reduction and avoidance savings, managing a significant portfolio of technology sourcing and contract negotiation opportunities, and proactively identifying and executing savings and innovation opportunities for business/technology stakeholders.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a front-runner in retail technology and work on our largest deals for our global brands. As a Sourcing Manager, you will be part of a global technology sourcing team and will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from negotiating contracts with major technology vendors to managing the sourcing process for our global brands.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
  • 8-10+ years of relevant work experience as a procurement lead in technology
  • Excellent strategic negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and influence peers
  • Excellent English language skills
