Ben jij een ervaren schoonheidsspecialist(e) met passie voor beauty & wellness? Massages en gezichtsbehandelingen zijn jouw specialiteit, maar ook het aansturen van een team past helemaal bij jou.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning, verzuim, werving en selectie van het team;
  • Je kijkt naar de individuele ontwikkelingen binnen het team;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van de behandelingen;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en motiveren van het team;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het communiceren met de gasten;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van problemen;

  • Je bent representatief, vakkundig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid;
  • Sociale vaardigheden vinden wij erg belangrijk binnen deze functie, je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels;
  • Werkervaring in de beautybranche is een vereiste;
  • Leidinggeven? Hier heb jij al enige ervaring in;
  • Beschikbaar tussen de 30 en 38 uur per week en woonachting in de omgeving Amsterdam;
  • Je hebt geen moeite met onregelmatige werktijden en werken in de avonden en weekenden;
  • Je benadert gasten proactief en met passie en adviseert over onze behandelingen en producten;
