Job Title: Marketing Operations Lead

GRESB is seeking a seasoned Marketing Operations Lead to drive the effectiveness of our marketing efforts, leveraging data-driven insights and business acumen to optimize our marketing technology stack, sales enablement, and related processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Website Management: Oversee the GRESB website for user experience, SEO, and lead generation, collaborating with the marketing team to maintain high-quality content and working with developers, IT, and partners to implement new features.
  • Marketing Technology Stack: Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack and processes, ensuring seamless data flow across systems, staying updated on marketing technologies, and recommending new tools.
  • Sales Enablement: Oversee and implement sales enablement processes, including lead capture, scoring, and nurturing, collaborating with the sales team to align data collection and attribution with sales goals, automating and streamlining lead capture processes, and administering tools like Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Marketing Data and Analytics: Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting to provide actionable insights, administering Google Analytics, managing prospect/client data, and building and analyzing prospect and member segmentation lists.
  • Performance Marketing: Collaborate closely with product markets and the Director to develop and manage digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google) to drive performance, optimizing campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI, and implementing CRO strategies to enhance performance and user experience.
  • Process Optimization: Develop marketing automation strategies to streamline processes, set up and manage lead scoring systems to prioritize and qualify leads, and maintain marketing databases for data accuracy and segmentation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing operations and performance marketing, ideally 7+ years.
  • Expertise in marketing tech stack integrations, automation, and lead management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRO solutions, CRM systems, web analytics tools, and digital campaign platforms.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to implement and optimize marketing tools and processes independently and experience with A/B and multivariant testing.
  • Experience with SEO, website management, and user persona mapping.
