Your Opportunity

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Lean culture within Arvato through education, coaching, and process improvement.
  • Advise management on crucial business improvements.
  • Champion continuous improvement among colleagues.
  • Enhance processes, implement changes, and devise new processes in the warehouse.
  • Collaborate with Quality and Security Coordinators to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Develop knowledge on Lean, Six Sigma, and change management.
  • Work on various projects with clients in our warehouses.
  • Support teams and employees in reflecting on processes to activate Lean thinking.

Your Profile

  • A bachelor's degree in Logistics or a master's degree.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Knowledge or affinity in logistics is an advantage.
  • A role model for Lean thinking, challenging the status quo.
