Customer Experience and Planning Supply Chain Professional

We're looking for a talented Customer Experience and Planning Supply Chain Professional to join our team at Danone.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and preventing customer queries and complaints. This will involve consolidating customer feedback, identifying root causes, and communicating with customers to resolve issues.

You'll also be involved in planning and replenishing stock for several countries within our scope, as well as supporting specific customer deployment planning activities. Additionally, you'll manage and support samples requests, TTS management, and scrapping processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate in Supply Chain to gain valuable experience working with a multinational company like Danone. You'll work closely with our Senior Deployment Planner and be part of an international team responsible for deploying stocks from our global distribution center.

To be successful in this role, you'll need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for driving business challenges.

As a Customer Experience and Planning Supply Chain Professional at Danone, you'll receive a gross monthly internship allowance of 650 euros per month. We offer a hybrid working environment that enables flexibility and connection across teams and functions.
