This is a complex role that requires a high degree of organization and communication skills. You will work closely with various disciplines to ensure the successful validation and calibration of our systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the validation of all systems and the calibration of equipment on our site.
  • Lead a team of 4 validation experts and 3 calibration engineers.
  • Develop and implement departmental objectives and plans.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly and annual reports.
  • Ensure effective communication and organization within the department.
  • Assess and improve the performance of employees.
Requirements
  • Academic or bachelor's degree in Life Sciences.
  • Proven coordination skills in validation and calibration.
  • Highly motivated professional with 5 years of relevant experience in a highly regulated industry, preferably Pharmaceuticals/Biotech.
  • Fluent in English with a strong understanding of system validation standards.
