As a Credit Representative at Eastman, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's credit risk in the European region. Your responsibilities will include managing the collection of past due accounts for assigned customers, leading discussions with business partners to develop and execute collection strategies, and evaluating credit risk for new and existing customers. You will also review blocked customer orders according to established service levels and release them based on identified credit risk, investigate the root cause of disputed and partially paid invoices, and communicate the results to the Commercial team and customers. Additionally, you will develop recommendations to manage risk for high credit risk customers and monitor high credit risk accounts for significant changes in credit risk.
