We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Coordinator to join our team at Ventura Systems. As an R&D Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating mechanical technical developments and managing projects that bring together different disciplines.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate mechanical technical developments and manage projects that involve multiple disciplines.
- Monitor project progress and quality, ensuring timely delivery and validation of deliverables.
- Collaborate with engineers, partners, and suppliers to realize mechanical parts according to established processes.
- Visit customers, suppliers, and foreign branches to ensure effective project management.
- Play an active role in the Innovation Cluster Drachten, contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within product development.
- Completed a mechanical HBO education.
- Experience in leading projects and defining, communicating, and monitoring quality standards.
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Good employment conditions, including 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days for full-time employment (Cao Metalektro).
