Vacature omschrijving Zijn jij een expert in conditiebeheer en smart maintenance? Als Technical Specialist in Smart Maintenance bij Nouvall Engineering Services werk je aan de voorhoede van innovatie in de zeevaarttechniek. Je rol is essentieel voor het ontwikkelen, adviseren en engineeren van gespecialiseerde oplossingen in het onderzoeks-, ontwerp-, voorbereidings- en uitvoeringsproces. Deze functie vereist in-depth expertise in conditiebeheer-technologieën en -dataanalyse van toepassing op conditiebepaalde onderhoud van schipsmachines. Je moet traditionele ervaring en regelgebaseerde methoden integreren met hedendaagse data-gedreven evaluatiesystemen en -software.

Deelnemer in een gespecialiseerd team dat deelneemt aan onderzoeksprogramma's, biedt zowel korte-termijn technische adviseurs als lang-termijn engineering- en implementatiesupport.

Je verantwoordelijkheden Als Technical Specialist in Smart Maintenance heb je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

Het ontwikkelen, beoordelen en adviseren van de Research & Development, Voorstellen en Engineering-afdelingen. Dit betreft het creëren van beheerplannen, analyserapporten, berekeningen, simulaties, technische specificaties en test/en validatieprotocollen voor complexe projecten. Deelnemen aan en ondersteunen van Verificatie- en Validatie-tests en trials tijdens productiefasen of als onderdeel van onderzoeksinitiatieven. Actief bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van je vakgebied en de verspreiding van resultaten over verschillende projecten.

Je profiel Als Technical Specialist in Smart Maintenance moet je beschikken over de volgende competenties en kenmerken:

Een Bachelor's of Master's diploma in Mechanische of Maritieme Techniek, met een sterke interesse in Elektrotechniek en Automatisering. Minimaal vijf jaar relevante ervaring, demonstrerend significante expertise in conditiebeheer, smart maintenance en complexe projectomgevingen. Beheersing van ISO 18436-2 (III) certificering of gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring. Sterke collaboratieve vaardigheden met onderzoeksinstituten, universiteiten, ingenieurs, project- en tendermanagers in de zeebouw of gelijkwaardige domeinen. Bekwaamheid in zowel Nederlands als Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling. Sterke referenties zijn essentieel, aangezien een voor-opleidingsbeveiligingsscreening een standaard onderdeel is van de selectieprocedure.
