About the Role

The Senior Research Associate, Translational Research, is a key member of the Translational & Quantitative Science department at Genmab. This role is responsible for conducting in vitro experiments to study the mechanism of action of our antibody products, contributing to indication prioritization, and identifying biomarkers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, execute, and analyze experiments to study the mechanism of action of our antibody products.
  • Contribute to the development of translational strategies for novel antibody products.
  • Document and present experimental results to the project team.
  • Lead assay development, optimization, and implementation efforts.
  • Support the development of E-Systems and automation efforts.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant life science subject with >4 years of lab experience in industry or academia.
  • Deep knowledge of immuno-oncology and its techniques, including multicolour flow cytometry, cell culture, and immunoassays.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English.
