We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Controller to join our team in Barendrecht, Netherlands. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in the business's operating performance, overseeing site financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and providing strategic advice to plant and BU management on key drivers influencing site performance.

The Contribution You Will Bring to This Role:

- Reporting directly to the Finance Director EMEA, you will be responsible for site financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and providing strategic advice to plant and BU management on key drivers influencing site performance.
- You will lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, preparing and delivering the plant financial forecasts and projections to Plant Leader.
- You will monitor the plant's monthly closing process in conjunction with the Accounting team, communicating results effectively to management and non-financial personnel.
- You will provide in-depth analysis on variances to plan and forecast with the Site Ops Leader(s) as well as holding leadership accountable to plant budget & forecast.
- You will provide risk analysis for contingency planning.

What You Will Do at Justrite:

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and deliver the plant financial forecasts and projections to Plant Leader.
- Monitor the plant's monthly closing process in conjunction with the Accounting team.
- Communicate results effectively to management and non-financial personnel.
- Provide in-depth analysis on variances to plan and forecast with the Site Ops Leader(s) as well as holding leadership accountable to plant budget & forecast.
- Provide risk analysis for contingency planning.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Controlling, or a related field.
- >5 Years of progressive experience with a heavy focus on manufacturing experience.

Additional Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards. Demonstrated knowledge of cost accounting principles and drivers of plant variances.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (Infor Syteline is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office software, especially in Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.

Compensation:

The position offers a competitive base salary, a company lease car, and bonus scheme participation. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Additionally, employees are eligible for performance-based bonuses tied to business targets, further enhancing their total compensation package.
