Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled ReUse Engineering Project Lead to support our suppliers in meeting our re-use ambitions and cost targets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support, creating project plans, and ensuring timely execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to ASML suppliers to help them meet our re-use ambitions and cost targets.
- Create project plans and align with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Bridge the gap between sectors, including D&E, sourcing, and logistics, and the repair development teams worldwide.
- Work with local repair development teams and suppliers to generate processes, flows, tooling, and test coverage for complex part repairs.
- Interface with multiple stakeholders in multiple countries to find and drive execution of Re-Use opportunities.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of engineering experience.
- Substantial general work experience in project management in a technical industrial environment.
- Expert process and organizational knowledge to make decisions on critical moments in the project.
- Experience with ASML's technology is preferred.
Personal Skills
- Proactive and pragmatic, with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Strong analytical capability.
- Flexible and able to work in a rapidly changing environment.
- Team player with excellent communication skills in a multicultural work environment.
