About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Employee to join our team at DHL in Utrecht. As a Warehouse Employee, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, handling packages of various sizes and weights, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort and process packages in a timely and accurate manner
  • Work in various shifts, including evenings and nights, to meet the demands of our customers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
  • Availability to work at least three days a week, including evenings and nights
  • Own transportation to get home after a night shift
  • Proficiency in Dutch or English, essential for working safely
  • Ability to obtain a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG), which Olympia will pay for
Benefits
  • Starting salary of €13.27 (excluding bonuses)
  • Shift allowance of 12.5% between 6 PM and 8 PM, earning €14.93
  • Shift allowance of 25% between 8 PM and midnight, earning €16.59
  • Shift allowance of 30% between midnight and 6 AM, earning €17.25
  • Shift allowance of 50% on Saturdays, earning €19.91
  • 8.33% holiday allowance
  • Vacation days and 10% vacation hours based on worked hours
