Job Summary

You will work at a meat processing company in Boxtel, ensuring that people worldwide can enjoy high-quality meat products. As an Operator, you will be part of a small team responsible for processing and packaging meat products.

The company is easily accessible by public transport, with the station a 10-minute walk away. There is ample parking space for those arriving by car or bicycle.


Key Responsibilities

As an Operator, you will be an essential part of the production process. Your day will start between 06:00 and 07:00, and you will work closely with your colleagues to resolve any machine malfunctions. You will perform maintenance tasks, ensuring that machines are running efficiently and effectively.

You will also be responsible for monitoring technical specifications and guidelines, adhering to legal and company regulations regarding hygiene and safety. Weekly meetings with your manager will focus on improving efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

After resolving malfunctions or performing maintenance, you will record the products used and log any malfunctions.


Requirements


• Experience in a similar position is an advantage;


• You have technical insight;


• You are available full-time for a longer period.


Benefits


• A gross hourly wage of € 13,27 per hour, depending on knowledge and experience;


• You build 10% holiday hours;


• You build 8,33% holiday pay;


• A travel allowance above 10km;


• You build up pension after 8 weeks worked;


• A full-time position with the prospect of permanent employment if it suits both sides well;


• You start working for the client through Olympia.
