Your Responsibilities:

In this pivotal role, you will assist internal teams with customs-related inquiries. Your key duties will include ensuring the precision and promptness of customs documentation and certificates for both import and export activities, with a strong emphasis on compliance. Daily collaboration with customs authorities, shipping partners, carriers, and clients will be integral to your role. To uphold our quality standards, you will:

  • Conduct thorough pre- and post-clearance evaluations of customs documents;
  • Perform a variety of quality and compliance checks;
  • Provide proactive advice to colleagues regarding customs procedures;
  • Engage effectively with customers, internal teams, and customs officials.
