About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team at Picnic, a leading e-commerce company revolutionizing the grocery shopping experience. As a Product Owner, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the direction of our tech products, leveraging data analysis and user research to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our current supply chain needs through user research and data analysis
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams to define and maintain the product roadmap
  • Build and support a high-performing team, working closely with technical counterparts to drive product success
  • Foster an environment that enables team members to excel and drive product growth
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Econometrics, Robotics, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in a product-led organization, preferably as a Product Analyst or Product Owner for logistics products
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a data-driven approach to product development
  • Passion for shipping great products with exceptional user experiences
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
  • EU working permit or citizenship
