We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Assistant to join our team at Mola We. As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process, working closely with our team to produce high-quality croissants, frikandelrolls, and apple turnovers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the production of croissants, frikandelrolls, and apple turnovers
  • Work in a fast-paced production environment, adhering to strict quality and safety standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient production processes
  • Participate in quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a production environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and quality control procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate of €14.97 for day shifts and €22.36 for night shifts
