Job Description: Business Intelligence Process Mining Specialist

As a Business Intelligence Process Mining Specialist at Rabobank, you'll be responsible for delivering data-driven insights to support our business processes. You'll work with stakeholders to identify trends and patterns in process data, generate actionable insights, and collaborate on implementing improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze process data to identify trends and patterns, generating actionable insights to help stakeholders understand and improve their processes.
  • Communicate complex data clearly to stakeholders, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver process mining solutions that drive changes within our organization.

You'll be working in a dynamic environment with a rapid pace of change. You'll need to adapt quickly to new innovations, regulatory demands, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience building, operationalizing, and operating process mining solutions.
  • Ability to understand process flows based on functional or technical designs.
  • Critical mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Experience working with data (SQL, Python, Excel) and using systems like Power BI or Celonis.
